Omnia Payroll, owner of Omnia Outsourcing, has further strengthened its market position with another strategic acquisition, completed on 14th July 2025. The move expands our operations in the East Midlands and North London, complementing established hubs in Reading and Sheffield, and enhancing our ability to serve recruitment agencies and end clients nationwide.
This latest deal sees Omnia acquire the two Churchill Knight umbrella businesses, reinforcing our standing as a leading provider in the temporary labour employment sector. The combined turnover of the group now exceeds £500m, bringing us ever closer to our £1billion target and 10,000 weekly paid contractors across the UK and globally.
